The Echota House Restaurant is located 2 ½ miles north of Tahlequah, Oklahoma on highway 82 N.  We feature Steaks, Buffalo
Steaks, Rainbow Trout, Quail, Mountain Oysters, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Homemade Blackberry & Apple Cobbler. A full bar is available. The restaurant
has been fortunate to have hosted such notables as, Dabney Coleman, Mac Davis, Dave Matthews, Joseph Ashton & René Zane the stars of the remake of "Where the Red Fern Grows", which was filmed here
in Tahlequah. We have also had as our guests, Shirley Jones, Sandy Duncan, Alex Haley, David Gates, Tommy Lee Jones, Robert Conley & Wes Studie. It is interesting just to see who might show up. The
restaurant was a residence and was turned into a restaurant in 1994. Leland and Candy Wolf are the owners and have been given the gift of serving the community of Tahlequah for 11 years at this location. We were
previously on the Illinois River for 8 years.  Some tell us that eating at the restaurant is like coming home to have dinner. You can get a glass of wine, and don't have to cook or clean up. We are always ready
to welcome you into our home for dinner. You all come and see us.  The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday thru Thursday, we close at 9:00 p.m. and on Friday & Saturday; we
close at 10:00 p.m. You may reach us at 1-918-458-0768
